These are the dishes people hover around. Creamy, cheesy, and perfect for scooping, these dips disappear fast and pair well with chips, crackers, or crusty bread.

Charcuterie & Cheese Boards
A well-rounded charcuterie and cheese board is an easy way to round out your Super Bowl Party Food spread, without adding more cooking. Include a mix of cured meats like salami, prosciutto, or pepperoni, paired with cheeses such as sharp cheddar, aged gouda, brie, or pepper jack. Fill in the board with crackers, pretzels, olives, pickles, nuts, fresh or dried fruit, and a drizzle of honey or fig jam for a sweet contrast.

Handheld Bites and Sliders
Handheld food is essential for game day. These are easy to grab, easy to eat, and don’t require plates or forks. These dishes are perfect for grazing throughout the game.

- Cheesy Reuben Sliders
- Sausage and Peppers Egg Rolls
- Ham and Cheese Turnovers
- Fried Olives
- Crispy Fried Artichokes
- Heirloom Tomato Flatbread

If your crowd loves bold flavor, this is where you lean in. These recipes bring heat, crunch, and serious game-day energy.

Seafood for Game Day (Yes, It Works)
Seafood might not be the first thing people think of for Super Bowl Sunday, but it’s always a hit, especially when it’s easy to eat and full of flavor.

- Shrimp Cocktail
- Creole Crab Claws
- Crispy Creole Crab Fingers
- Baked Shrimp Scampi
- Crispy Fried Coconut Shrimp
- Oysters Rockefeller
- Shrimp Rockefeller

How to Build Your Super Bowl Spread
For a balanced table without overdoing it, aim for:
- 1–2 dips
- 1 slider or handheld option
- 1 spicy or bold-flavored dish
- 1 seafood or lighter option
Set everything out in stages so food stays fresh, and don’t forget plenty of napkins, that’s always the real MVP.
Final Whistle
This Super Bowl party food lineup is designed to be flexible, current, and easy to update year after year. Whether you’re hosting a big crowd or keeping it low-key, these recipes let you create a spread that feels fun, intentional, and totally crave-worthy.
GET TO KNOW ME!

WELCOME! My name is Melissa Latin aka. Charlotte Fashion Plate. Happy to meet you! I am more than just recipes. I love fashion and style too! Most importantly, I love my Family (my Hubby and my Fur Babies). My Husband (aka my “Kitchen Bitch”) means the world to me. He’s pretty damn cool too. Not only is he one of the nicest guys you will ever meet, he also has had a lengthy career in professional hockey. Not only winning two Stanley Cups with the Pittsburgh Penguins in the early ’90’s, but most recently winning the Calder Cup with the Charlotte Checkers, amongst many other accolades. If you live in Charlotte and play hockey, or have a family member who plays, be sure to contact him!
Our life has changed dramatically in the past few years with the passing of our two goldendoodles, Vegas and Viva. We were lucky enough to have Vegas for five years (totally wish it was longer). Most recently, losing our Viva to a brain tumor in July of 2020. We welcomed our mini goldendoodle 7, almost seven years ago. We just added the amazing Hazel! Of course, I am always posting tons and tons of photos! Be sure to check out my recipe for Pet Bone Broth! This broth is super rich in nutrients and will provide your pet with a multitude of health benefits!
In addition, I’m so very excited to announce I have published my first e-book and paperback, “Mastering Thanksgiving – A Guide to Perfecting Your Thanksgiving Dinner.” Your support would mean the world to me.
