  2. Place ham in roasting pan.
  3. Pour 1 to 2 cups of water over ham.
  4. Cover pan with lid or aluminum foil.

  6. Let ham rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
  7. Place sliced ham back into juices in roasting pan.

  • 1 to 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Remove the ham from its packaging and place it in a roasting pan.
  3. Pour the water over the ham.
  4. Cover the pan with the lid or aluminum foil.
  5. Bake the ham in the preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature of the ham reaches 130°F (99°C).
  6. Once the ham is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

  • Sugardale’s semi-boneless ham works great in this recipe, if you can find one.
  • No need to rinse the ham.
