This Citrus Baked Fish is made with flaky white fish, citrus, garlic, and herbs. It’s a bright and quick seafood dinner that can be on your table in well under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds orange roughy, or any flaky white fish
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 rosemary sprigs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
  • lemon wedges, for serving

For the citrus sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice and zest of 1 orange
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
