  5. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket a few times during cooking.
  6. Once the chicken is fully cooked and the tomatoes are blistered, pour everything into a bowl, including the juices.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and cracked black pepper.
  8. Serve over steamed rice, spooning the chicken, tomatoes, and sauce on top.

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss chicken, tomatoes, olive oil, and seasonings in a bowl.
  • Spread mixture evenly on a baking sheet.Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and tomatoes are blistered.
  • Stir halfway through for even cooking.

This Air Fryer Chicken and Tomatoes is one quick, easy and healthy recipe that can be served for lunch, dinner or for meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, diced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup steamed rice (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
  • Cracked black pepper, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for five minutes.
