  • 24 pork chops (about 11.5 inches thick, bone-in)
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. If possible, allow the pork chops to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
