Juicy Grilled Pork Chops made with simple seasoning and grilled to perfection. An easy, quick dinner with tender, flavorful results every time.

- 2–4 pork chops (about 1–1.5 inches thick, bone-in)
- 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- If possible, allow the pork chops to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to 400–425°F (200–220°C). Clean and lightly oil the grates.
- Combine all of the spices in a small bowl.
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
- Brush both sides with olive oil.
- Season evenly with salt, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and any optional seasonings.
- Place pork chops on the grill and close the lid.
- Grill for 4–5 minutes, then flip.
- Once charred on that side, transfer off direct heat.
- Continue grilling another 4–5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches approximately 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving and slicing.

Notes
- If time allows, allow the pork to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. This will create a better sear.
- Bone-in pork chops will produce a juicier finished chop.
- Thicker pork chops (1–1.5 inches) give the best results.
- Let the grill fully preheat before adding the pork.
- Resting the meat is key for locking in juices.
