- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 10-ounces jarred or homemade marinara sauce
- 5-ounces shredded mozzarella
- 2-ounces mini pepperoni
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/8 cup sliced banana peppers
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the naan bread pieces on a non-stick, or parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush each piece of naan with olive oil.

- If using larger naan, consider one piece per person (I used Stonefire Mini Naan for this recipe).
