OK, I will admit it. This is somewhat of an over the top recipe. However, if you are following the keto diet, like my husband, this is a Big Mac you can actually enjoy! Once you learn how to make the cheese wrap, you can fill it with whatever your heart desires. The other day, as I was scrolling through TikTok, I came across this young boy and his mother making a cheese wrap filled with eggs and chorizo. Hmmmm. It got me thinking if this could possibly work with a copy cat version of a Big Mac. It did. Even if you are not following the keto diet, I have a great feeling you, and your entire family will enjoy this Big Mac Cheese Wrap.

This recipe will feed at least four to five people. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge up to three days. I highly recommend reheating in the oven.

Naturally, I created a short video on TikTok making this beautiful Big Mac Cheese Wrap. See recipe below to view. So very pleased to see the attention this recipe is getting! If you have not yet signed up for this social media platform, use my code 5SSIS800K0H06 to create an account.

HOW TO MAKE THE MOST PERFECT BIG MAC CHEESE WRAP

So, probably the most difficult part about making this Big Mac Cheese Wrap, is making the actual cheese wrap. Hopefully, my tips will help you along the way. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions. For this recipe, I used a 12 x 17 x 1 deep sheet pan. This is the typical size for a jelly roll. Also, if you bake a lot, or use parchment paper that you continually have to cut to fit a pan, I highly recommend investing in parchment sheets.

First, be sure to line the pan with parchment paper. Next, create a uniform layer of cheese. This will help to ensure there are no holes in the cheese wrap after it bakes. Additionally, you need to know when to pull it out of the oven. Bake time is anywhere between ten and fifteen minutes. The cheese should be browned, fully-melted and pliable. Meaning, you will be able to fold, easily. You should be able to pick up the cheese wrap without it tearing.

Once you have removed the wrap from the oven, let it cool for just a few minutes. As the wrap is cooling, dab the underneath with a paper towel to remove any excess oil.

TO FINSH AND SERVE

Lastly, do not be shocked at the size of the cheese wrap. It is rather huge. Once you place the wrap on a flat surface, start filling the end closest to you with the meat, lettuce, pickles and sauce. Start wrapping as tight as you can. No worries if part of the filling comes out the sides. Messy is par for this course when creating, and eating this goodness.

Please note, the sauce recipe makes enough to add to the wrap, as well as, serve on the side. Let your tastebuds be your guide. Once all of the ingredients for the Big Mac sauce are mixed in the bowl, give it a taste. Adjust to your liking, if needed.

Cut the Big Mac Cheese Wrap into your desired portions. Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh chopped parlsey. ENJOY! If you love cheeseburgers, check out my recipes for Cheeseburger Soup and Homemade Cheeseburger Hamburger Helper.
