You need to make this immediately! The lemon combined with Mike’s Hot Honey makes a glaze that is out of this world. This Honey Glazed Salmon is another one of my super easy, super quick and super delicious recipes.

Grab a few Scottish Salmon filets (or your favorite Salmon), and a bottle of this amazing honey. Just a few ingredients will make a meal you and your entire family will love. Make extra. Seconds are going to happen!

a white bowl of rice, Brussels sprouts and a filet of honey glazed salmon

Grab a cast iron pan and heat to medium-high. Rub with olive oil or line with non-stick spray. Season the salmon on both sides with salt/pepper. Place the salmon in the heated pan skin side down. Allow the skin to brown and become crisp.

While the salmon is searing, in a bowl, combine the honey and lemon juice. Mix well. Continue to sear the salmon on the other side (s). Faroe Island Salmon is sushi-grade, so for an 8 oz. piece, 4 to 5 minutes per side will produce a perfect medium to medium-rare. Do NOT overcook your salmon!

When the salmon is perfectly seared, with the skin side up, lower the heat, or you can actually take off the heat, and add the garlic. Pour in the lemon/honey mixture and allow to bubble and form a glaze.

Serve the Honey Glazed Salmon on bed of rice. Drizzle on the remaining sauce. ENJOY!!!

I am more than just recipes. I love fashion and style too! Most importantly, I love my Family (my Hubby and my Fur Babies). My Husband (aka my “Kitchen Bitch”) means the world to me. He’s pretty damn cool too. Not only is he one of the nicest guys you will ever meet, he also has had a lengthy career in professional hockey. Not only winning two Stanley Cups with the Pittsburgh Penguins in the early ’90’s, but most recently winning the Calder Cup with the Charlotte Checkers, amongst many other accolades. If you live in Charlotte and play hockey, or have a family member who plays, be sure to contact him!

Our life has changed dramatically in the past few years with the passing of our two goldendoodles, Vegas and Viva. We were lucky enough to have Vegas for five years (totally wish it was longer). Most recently, losing our Viva to a brain tumor in July of 2020. We welcomed our mini goldendoodle 7, almost seven years ago. We just added the amazing Hazel! Of course, I am always posting tons and tons of photos! Be sure to check out my recipe for Pet Bone Broth! This broth is super rich in nutrients and will provide your pet with a multitude of health benefits!
