What is the best rice for a Greek chicken bowl?

Jasmine or basmati rice works best, but any rice or grain will work.

Can I make this Air Fryer Greek Chicken Bowl low carb?

Yes, swap the rice for cauliflower rice or a bed of lettuce.

Do I have to use tzatziki?

No, but it adds the classic Greek flavor. You can substitute hummus or another yogurt-based sauce.
