Want a super quick, easy and delicious recipe??? These Cheese Ravioli with Shrimp will take under 15 minutes to make and you can get all of the super fresh ingredients at The Carolina Meat & Fish Co.

Seriously…this will take just about 15 minutes to prepare and your family will love it! This will feed a family of four…serve with a salad/bread for your weeknight meal…cost is about $6 per person.

Boil water for your ravioli. Do NOT forget to salt your water. Cook according to package directions. As your pasta is cooking, in a pan, heat up two tablespoons of the olive oil with the garlic. Allow the garlic to just turn a golden brown.

Add your marinara sauce, the last tablespoon of olive oil, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper. Cook for a minute then add your heavy whipping cream.

Toss in your shrimp and cook until they turn turn pink and are no longer translucent. This should take about three to four minutes. Add the ravioli to the sauce directly from the water with a slotted spoon.

Serve ravioli in bowls garnished with the fresh basil and freshly grated Parmesan cheese…ENJOY
