Description

Ever wonder how to make Parmesan Crisps? Made with only one ingredient, these Parmesan crisps are crispy, cheesy, and so easy to make. They also make a great, low-carb alternative to crostini in any bruschetta recipe.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place two tablespoons of the Parmesan cheese onto the sheet pan. Flatten just a bit and form a round. Finish with the remaining five rounds.
  4. Place in oven for 5 to 8 minutes, or until they turn a golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to sit in the pan for a few minutes. Carefully transfer each to a cooling rack or flat surface lined with paper towels.
  6. ENJOY!

Notes

  • Use parchment paper, not foil—this helps prevent sticking.
  • Don’t overcrowd the pan—they spread as they bake.
  • Watch closely toward the end—they go from golden to burnt quickly.
  • Cool completely before storing to maintain crispness.
  • Double the batch—these go fast!
