When the snack cravings hit and you need something quick, this Sweet and Spicy Edamame is ready in just minutes. Steamed edamame pods get tossed in a bold glaze that’s salty, sweet, and a little spicy, making them seriously addictive.

- 8–10 ounces steam-in-bag edamame in shell (frozen)
- 1/8 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1–2 tablespoons chili crunch oil
- Pinch of flaky salt, optional
Instructions
- Microwave the steam-in-bag edamame, according to package directions.
- While the edamame is cooking, heat the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and chili crunch oil in a small pot over medium heat.
- Simmer for about a minute, until slightly thickened.
- Carefully open the cooked edamame bag and add the pods to the pot.
- Toss to coat the edamame in the sauce.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with flaky salt, if desired.
- Serve warm and ENJOY!
