Ingredients
Scale
- ½ cup buttermilk
- ½ cup sour cream
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 4 ounces Roquefort blue cheese, crumbled or chunked
- 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Combine the buttermilk, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and cracked black pepper in a bowl or jar.
- Mix until smooth and fully combined.
- Chunk the Roquefort blue cheese into the dressing, breaking it apart as much, or as little as you like.
- Stir gently to distribute the cheese.
- Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to develop.
- ENJOY!
Notes
- This dressing thickens slightly as it chills.
- For a thinner dressing, add an extra splash of buttermilk.
- For chunkier dressing, fold in larger pieces of blue cheese at the end.
- Always taste and adjust seasoning after chilling, as blue cheese salt levels can vary.
