Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, ranch dressing and buffalo wing sauce. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and one cup of the shredded cheese, until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup Colby Jack cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and the cheese is fully melted.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips, toasted baguette slices, and celery sticks.
- ENJOY!
Notes
- If using block cream cheese, soften to fully ensure a smooth, lump-free dip.
- Hold back part of the cheese for topping so the dip bakes evenly and gets that melty finish.
- Adjust buffalo wing sauce gradually, as a little goes a long way, but it’s easy to add more.
- This dip pairs well with both crunchy and soft dippers for variety on a party spread.
