Description

This easy, crowd-pleasing Buffalo Chicken Dip is creamy, bold, and perfect for game day celebrations and entertaining.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 810 ounces whipped cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce, plus more to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese, divided
  • Tortilla chips, for serving
  • Toasted baguette slices, for serving
  • Celery sticks, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, ranch dressing and buffalo wing sauce. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and one cup of the shredded cheese, until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread into an even layer.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup Colby Jack cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and the cheese is fully melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips, toasted baguette slices, and celery sticks.
  8. ENJOY!

Notes

  • If using block cream cheese, soften to fully ensure a smooth, lump-free dip.
  • Hold back part of the cheese for topping so the dip bakes evenly and gets that melty finish.
  • Adjust buffalo wing sauce gradually, as a little goes a long way, but it’s easy to add more.
  • This dip pairs well with both crunchy and soft dippers for variety on a party spread.
