This Hot Honey Ham Salad is the perfect mix of creamy, sweet, and spicy. Whether you’re serving it as a sandwich, scoopable dip, or a fun picnic spread, it’s a delicious way to use up leftover ham. The addition of hot honey adds a modern kick to this old-school classic.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound ham
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons sweet relish
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, minced
  • 1 stalk celery, minced
  • 1 tablespoon hot honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Chopped celery leaves, for garnish
  • Cracked black pepper, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the ham to a food processor and pulse a few times until finely chopped, or dice it finely by hand.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ham, mayo, sweet relish, red onion, celery, hot honey, and black pepper.
  3. Mix everything until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
  5. Serve garnished with chopped celery leaves and cracked black pepper.
