- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons sweet relish
- 2 tablespoons red onion, minced
- 1 stalk celery, minced
- 1 tablespoon hot honey
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- Cracked black pepper, for garnish
Instructions
- Add the ham to a food processor and pulse a few times until finely chopped, or dice it finely by hand.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ham, mayo, sweet relish, red onion, celery, hot honey, and black pepper.
- Mix everything until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
- Serve garnished with chopped celery leaves and cracked black pepper.
