Once again, I joined Jim Seidel from The Carolina Meat & Fish Co., winner four years in a row for Best Seafood in Charlotte..three years by The Charlotte Observer and this year from Charlotte Magazine, to showcase our Summer Seafood on WBTV this past Saturday, June 2, 2018. Click here to view our segment!

We showcased our amazing Lobster Rolls…which by the way have been showcased twice on Charlotte Agenda…we were named one of the best places to get a Lobster Roll in Charlotte…click here to read the article and here to read our highlight! I even created a blog post about them…minus the “secret recipe”…of course!

Looking for a great summer shot you can enjoy with Friends…my Oyster Shooter recipe which I make with local Dixie Vodka, Black Pepper Vodka, is amazing and the perfect way to kick off any summer grilling party!

Who can pass up a refreshing Shrimp Ceviche? Check out my recipe by clicking here! I can assure you, this dish will be the first to go at any summer outing…or all year-long for that matter!

How about trying one of the best steaks I have ever had…head on over to The Carolina Meat & Fish Co. and grab one of Brasstown Beef’s amazing steaks…my favorite is the thick-cut ribeye…click here to see how to cook it perfectly! Steve, owner of Brasstown touts himself as a grass farmer…so you know his steaks must be fabulous!

Lastly…I have been asked about my outfit! I love Free People and wear it almost daily…I purchased this amazing jumpsuit…with pockets…on their website…click here to purchase…I would suggest sizing down one size…this is an XS…and it is only $78! Also, love my tag necklace from Punch Vintage...check out my amazing Friend Amy’s creativity!

Thanks again to WBTV…we look forward to our next segment!
