Elegant meals can be super quick and easy to prepare at home. This recipe for Salmon with Lobster Cream Sauce will definitely satisfy the seafood lovers in your life. Grab all of these fresh ingredients at Carolina Meat & Fish Co, and let’s start cooking and creating!

Heat a cast iron pan to medium-high. Season salmon with a touch of olive oil, salt and pepper. Place salmon skin side down in the pan and allow to sear on both sides. Do not overcook your salmon.

As the salmon is searing, heat the heavy whipping cream, garlic and Old Bay in a saucepan on medium heat for about 5 to 8 minutes…allow to thicken…add the lobster meat and fresh parsley to the saucepan and continue thickening for another 5 minutes.

I prepared Jasmine rice with a side of sauteed spinach as an accompaniment to the salmon. You can substitute the rice with your favorite pasta and/or vegetable.

To serve, place seared salmon on top of prepared rice, pour lobster cream sauce over salmon and garnish with additional fresh parsley. ENJOY!!!
