This post is about collaboration between local companies. Something I have been a huge proponent of since I started Charlotte Fashion Plate! I don’t recall ever trying a Lobster Roll prior to creating this recipe…it was born out of an idea between myself and Jim, owner of The Carolina Meat & Fish Co., over a year ago. It has been a huge success…the mayo-based recipe has not changed. We now are serving them on authentic Lobster Roll split-top buns! We went from serving only 20 to 25 when we started to now over 160 every Friday!
